Sterling, VA, June 18, 2008 - Yesterday Evergreen Systems announced the official closing of its merger with net.works, Corp. (NDW). The completion of the merger unites two members of the HP Software Gold Business Partner program, each with expertise across multiple HP Software products. Evergreen has ten years' experience in the sales and implementation of HP Service Manager and HP AssetCenter. NDW specializes in the sale and implementation of HP Client Automation software and HP Data Center Automation software.

The 'new' Evergreen offers clients a unique 'footprint' across HP BTO product centers, spanning from the help desk through to the data center. Evergreen will provide a 'one-stop shop' for enterprises looking to optimize their IT investment with concrete return on investment, as well as provide governance and compliance associated with best practices and important regulations such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
As companies begin to view IT as more of an integral part of the business, and in some cases an actual line of business contributor, Evergreen's strategy is to support integrated approaches to IT business problems. Evergreen will support the automation of all help desk functions, the management of Change and the coordination of all IT assets, desktops and software through HP Client Automation Center and HP Service Manager, providing total solutions to help desk and customer support groups. Other solutions will provide comprehensive tools for the management of all IT 'configuration items', as well as all data center resources, including servers underpinned by HP AssetCenter and HP Data Center Automation.
By offering a complete suite of resource and customer service management tools, the 'new' Evergreen will position its services as value added and differentiated among its competitors with an integrated IT solution strategy that addresses the needs of all enterprise business stakeholders, line of business managers and even finance organizations. As Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) best practices are increasingly implemented by enterprises and driven at the chief information officer and executive management level, Evergreen will offer solutions that meet strategic goals (such as increasing security) as well as deliver return on investment across organizations.
